This scholarship is available to disadvantaged students who would not otherwise be able to access Higher Education.

This full scholarship is available to disadvantaged students recommended by Blue Dragon Children's Foundation, who would otherwise be unable to access higher education.

This full scholarship is available to disadvantaged visually-impaired students recommended by Vietnam Blind Association, who would otherwise be unable to access higher education.
