Qui Ngoc Nguyen is a Ph.D. in Management. He is currently a lecture of the Business School in RMIT Vietnam 91tv. His research interests are in the field of innovation and within quantitative methodologies. He has published articles on Journal of Asian Business and Economic studies (JABES), Journal of Open Innovation: Technology, Market, and Complexity (JOITMC). His current projects are in track of SME entrepreneurship, leadership substitutions, exploitative innovation, deviance work behavior, and digital capability.
