Dr. Giang Hoang is a Senior Lecturer in Management at The Business School, RMIT Univeristy. His primary teaching and research interests include leadership, organizational behavior, innovation, and service management. Over the past decade, he has collaborated with researchers, government entities and companies across Asia, Europe and Australia.Ìý
